Felicia has resided in the DC Metro area all of her life. Felicia is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Washington, DC and has over 9 years experience in the Residential real estate industry. Felicia also has experience in Short Sales, Property Management and Commercial Leasing.  Her established relationships and local experience provide a unique advantage to her clients.
